Nicolette graduated Cum Laude from West Liberty University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Before coming to us, Nicolette spent the previous 8 years working in the nursing field, most recently on a medical surgical floor as a Patient Care Technician. If you’re a “tough stick”, she’s the one to ask for! She has been in healthcare for over 8 years, which has helped her to become a true patient advocate.
Nicolette is all about education, both in her goal to complete her Master’s in Dental Hygiene as well as educating her patients. She loves to help her patients understand the science of dentistry, and how we can use it to create a plan for each patient individually. Outside of work, Nicolette loves traveling, gardening, hiking, and relaxing at home with her boyfriend and 3 dogs. As for her workday, Nicolette says:
“Coming from corporate healthcare, I was becoming so frustrated with being encouraged to treat all of my patients like a number, and speak to them off a script. I love working at Pinnacle Center – Dental Implants & Periodontics because we treat our patients the way they should be treated. I want you to know that I will always treat you as an individual, and that your healthcare is personal to me. You’re never going to be just a number.”
