Meet Pittsburgh Periodontist
Kelly B. Williams, DMD
Dr. Kelly B. Williams completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry at Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania then went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and Certificate in Periodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. While there, she received the Robert Zugsmith Memorial Award for meritorious academic and clinical achievement and the Quintessence Award in recognition of academic achievement. She served as president of her dental class for three years and as chief resident during her specialty training.
Dr. Williams is board certified in Periodontology and Dental Implant Surgery and was a faculty member at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Dental Medicine for twelve years. During that time, she also served as the Periodontics Residency Program Director for eight years while maintaining a private practice within the University system. During her time as director, she was selected and funded to attend the ADEA Leadership Institute and received the honor of editor’s pick in the Journal of Dental Education (JDE). Dr. Williams is committed to providing her patients with caring, comprehensive, evidence-based dental care and actively invests in continuing education courses. She is a member of the following professional organizations:

Dr. Williams continues to teach as an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Pittsburgh and in her free time enjoys spending time with her family traveling, camping, attending sports and cultural events and finding the best places to eat great food.
