Carol lost both of her front teeth as a result of an accident and came to Dr. Silberg to replace the missing teeth with two permanent teeth dental implants.

Dental Implant Case Study: Breanna

Breanna was in a car accident at age 13. She completed two years of braces and several attempts to save her front two teeth. It was determined that the front teeth could not be saved long-term and were removed. At age 17, Breanna had stopped growing and she received two implants. Several months later, the crowns were placed to fully replace her missing front teeth. Breanna is thrilled with the results and can smile again.

Dental Implant Case Study: Roxanne

Roxanne had a front tooth broken tooth below the gumline. Shortly after the broken root was removed and the gum had healed, the right front tooth broke and also had to be removed. Two implants were placed and this final photo shows Roxanne’s smile now that the treatment has been completed.

Dental Implant Case Study: Joe

Joe came to our office with an infection due to a broken root. The fracture on the root caused extensive bone damage that had to be rebuilt in order to place an implant. A socket graft was done to allow the bone to re-grow instead of shrink away.
