Referring Dentist Survey

In June 2002 Doctor Silberg hired an independent 3rd party to survey 60 referring dentists. The survey was designed to assess and measure those areas within Dr. Silberg’s practice that are essential for referral satisfaction as well patient satisfaction.

All comments were submitted anonymously. Key points from the survey are listed below.

• Incredibly good clinician.
• Mark has the best ability to relate to the patient that I've seen in any specialist.
• For the most part, I feel that my patients are well taken care of, and treatment outcomes have been very excellent.
• Mark has an excellent grasp of comprehensive treatment planning. He has demonstrated excellent technical skills and knowledge. I believe he is sincere in his desire to help people. The patients that we treat together generate some of the most interesting dentistry that I do.
