Referring Dentist Survey

In June 2002 Doctor Silberg hired an independent 3rd party to survey 60 referring dentists. The survey was designed to assess and measure those areas within Dr. Silberg’s practice that are essential for referral satisfaction as well patient satisfaction.

All comments were submitted anonymously. Key points from the survey are listed below:
